No Late-Season Magic Coming: Indiana Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 5th , 2051 Indiana Hounds center fielder Carlos MartÃnez said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2051 postseason contention. Indiana last appeared in the postseason in 2044. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 31 times in their 45-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Hounds have missed the playoffs 7 times. Indiana last won the Round 2 in 2038. |
