ITL's #1 Batter Announced Tuesday, September 1st , 2054 New England Whalers fans believe they've got a talented young star in Myles Slaughter. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .439 with 10 home runs, 29 RBIs and 36 runs scored. The end result was the left fielder being named the International League Batter of the Month. So far this year, Slaughter has hit .377 with 53 home runs, 123 RBIs and 142 runs scored. |
