Proctor Grabs ITL Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, October 3rd , 2051 He may only be 24, but Steve Proctor of the Detroit X-Wings has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the International League. The reliever was today named the ITL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2051. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 39 saves in 51 relief appearances and 62 strikeouts in 54.1 innings. He had a record of 2-1 to go with his 0.99 ERA. He received 28 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Martim Ramalho of the Indiana Hounds finished second in voting, while Gene Tekulve of the Olympia Marshalls finished third.
