Best ITL Reliever Named Thursday, October 1st , 2054 New England Whalers reliever Jeff Hammond said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy. He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2054 Reliever of the Year Award for the International League. "There's no better feeling than running in from the bullpen with the game on the line and your heart pumping," Hammond said.
