Tacos Parris to Miss Year Thursday, April 22nd , 2055 The doctors have spoken and John Parris of the Chula Vista Tacos didn't like what he heard. The 21-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Parris sustained his season-ending injury during the Chisago Lakes Lakers game yesterday at Filibertos Field. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Chula Vista medical staff reported Parris had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 5-6 months. |
