Hammerheads Kramer Named CL's #1 Player Monday, May 15th , 2051 Joe Kramer demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Continental League Player of the Week Award. The Jupiter third baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .524 average (11-for-21) with 4 home runs and 12 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. So far this season Kramer is batting .365 with 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 21 runs scored. He has 23 hits in 63 at-bats, 16 walks and a .500 OBP. Kramer has played in 17 games. |
