Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Calgary Friday, August 11th , 2051 Not even the most diehard Calgary Cowboys fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Cowboys were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2042. In total, the Cowboys have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 13-year history. Calgary has won the Round 2 3 times in their history. |
