Mark Barton Lost for Season Sunday, August 27th , 2051 Mark Barton has to call it a season. The Savannah Hogs starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Millwall Lions and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Barton was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 12 months. In 21 starts this year Barton has crafted a 3-11 record and a 7.82 ERA. |
