The Math Says - Spartans Out of Playoffs Monday, August 17th , 2054 Fans of the Spartanburg Spartans will no doubt soon start turning their attention to next season -- if they haven't already. The team today was officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Spartans have made the playoffs 12 times in their 48 years as a 24 & Under's franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 2nd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2052. In the last 10 seasons, the Spartans have only made the playoffs once. Spartanburg last won the Round 2 in 2052. |
