Aberdeen Captures Wild Card Monday, September 4th , 2051 The manager of the Aberdeen Scorpions is reminding the city of Aberdeen to "keep the faith" as the team heads into the playoffs as a wild card team. "We believe in ourselves and we need our fans to believe in us too," said Mike Petersen. "We know we can get Aberdeen rocking with a great run in the playoffs." It remains to be seen just how deep the Scorpions will be able to go in the playoffs, but confidence appears to be high. "We've got the team to win a championship, I firmly believe that," said reliever Matt Little. If the team is successful, it would be the 3rd 24 & Under's championship in franchise history. |
