Postseason Bid Ends for Manhatten Sunday, August 23rd , 2054 It's not quite the championship run that fans in Manhatten might have envisioned. The Manhatten Meatheads were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. "There are a lot of good clubs in 24 & Under's and unfortunately we couldn't quite make it into that elite group this year," said Meatheads manager Armando Pimentel. Manhatten last appeared in the postseason in 2041. This is their 13th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 16-year history. |
