Rehab Road Tough for Hooks Chuck Strickland Monday, September 25th , 2051 Chuck Strickland, reliever for the Corpus Christi Hooks, was making great progress in healing a fractured elbow according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Chuck was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 8-9 months before he will be able to rejoin the club." Chuck Strickland is expected to undergo surgery in Corpus Christi(Texas) tomorrow. |
