North Carolina State Out of Playoff Race Thursday, May 18th , 2051 Coming close doesn't make missing the playoffs easier for the North Carolina State Wolfpack. Club manager Cristo García said it's a "tough pill to swallow" as the club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. North Carolina State last appeared in the postseason in 2044. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 32 times in their 45-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Wolfpack have only made the playoffs once. |
