Today, the Iowa State Cyclones are left waiting for next year after being mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2049. In total, the Cyclones have missed the playoffs 36 times in their 45-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cyclones have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
