Willis Dominates Tar Heels Saturday, May 20th , 2051 Woody Willis kept the North Carolina Tar Heels hitters off balance all game long as the Georgetown Hoyas pitcher blanked the Tar Heels, 4-0. Willis gave up 8 hits, struck out 7 and walked 3. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said. "I don't want to dwell too much on it." This year Willis has posted a record of 7 wins and 4 losses with a 4.95 ERA. He has appeared in 11 games and struck out 88 in 80 innings.
