Tom Oliver Injured, Out for Season Saturday, May 1st , 2055 "It was a freak thing," said a dejected Tom Oliver after injuring himself in a game against Duke. The Oklahoma manager told reporters that he's expected to miss up to 6 months with shoulder inflammation. The Sooners are expected to announce a roster move in the next day or two. So far this season, Oliver has chalked up a 1.64 ERA with 5 saves. In 14 relief appearances he has registered a 1-3 won-lost record and struck out 30 batters in 22 innings, while walking 8.
