Year Over for Aggies Marín Tuesday, May 4th , 2055 Charlie Marín of the Aggies just might have to call it quits for the season. The 18-year-old Texas A&M starting pitcher received a possible season-ending injury against the South Florida Bulls recently at Olsen Field. Marín suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. The Aggies medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 7-8 months. On the year, Marín has worked 17 innings with 15 strikeouts en route to a 0-4 record and 7.41 ERA. |
