Bruins Zach Bailey Will Miss Season Tuesday, May 4th , 2055 Zach Bailey will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the UCLA reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Bailey was injured while throwing a pitch in the Bruins-Wildcats clash at Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth recently. Doctors said he has bone chips in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 4-5 months. For the season, Bailey has made 5 relief appearances, recorded no saves, compiled a 0-1 won-lost mark and a 6.55 ERA. In pitching 11 innings, he has totaled 3 strikeouts and 6 walks. |
