Ryan Stevens Injured, Out for Year Friday, May 7th , 2055 Disappointing news today for Florida Gators fans. Ryan Stevens was hurt throwing a pitch in their game against the Georgetown Hoyas and has a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament. Team trainers were hesitant to predict a date for return, but said it was likely the injury will keep the reliever out at least 11 months. To this point in the season, Stevens has rung up no saves in 7 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 8.64 ERA, 1 win and no losses and 16 strikeouts in 16.2 innings. |
