Sun Devils Advance to National Championship Monday, June 5th , 2051 In an exciting Final Four that had its fair share of drama and intrigue, perhaps it is College Baseball fans who have come out the winner. But on the field, the winners were the Arizona State Sun Devils, who edged the Florida Gators 2-1 to advance to the National Championship. Arizona State won the final game by a 9-5 count to wrap up the series. Walter Palácios earned series MVP honors, by hitting .636 with a .692 on-base percentage.
