Reese Howe Out for Season Monday, April 25th , 2050 Georgetown reliever Reese Howe suffered a season-ending injury throwing a pitch in today's game against the Hurricanes. According to club doctors Howe has a torn back muscle. Although Howe has declined to comment, sources close to the player have stated that he is "devastated" that he will miss the playoffs. Howe has taken the mound for 3 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-0 record with a 5.70 ERA. The Georgetown reliever has limited opposing batters to a .299 batting average. |
