Llosa Belts 5 Hits Sunday, May 1st , 2050 It was high-fives all around for Juan Llosa at Siebert Field today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Llosa smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 10-8 win. "Juan was hitting everything," said Tigers manager Leroy Sibbald. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Golden Gophers manager Carlos Ortega told BNN beat writers that Llosa "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," the skipper said. "Hopefully, Llosa oversleeps next time." Juan Llosa singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
