Sun Devils Chill Hernández's Hot Streak Saturday, May 14th , 2050 Lady Luck was not on the side of Alex Hernández or his teammates today at Packard Stadium. Everything went the way of the Arizona State Sun Devils, who not only came away with the 11-5 victory over Texas A&M, but also held Hernández hitless in 2 at-bats to put an end to his 22-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Hernández said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." So far this season Hernández has 1 home run and a .350 batting average. |
