Woods Superb Against Utah Monday, April 13th , 2054 The Florida State Seminoles shut out the Utah Utes, 5-0, behind the strong pitching of Arnold Woods. Woods surrendered only 3 hits in recording the complete-game victory, and struck out 8. Following the last out, Woods appeared to celebrate a little too boisterously for Utah manager Eric Johnson, who could be seen scolding the famously outspoken right-hander as the clubs left the field. Woods's own manager then intervened with some words for his counterpart. The Utes skipper would not comment on the exchange but, at the Seminoles press conference, Woods confirmed that it was regarding the celebration.
