Postseason Bid Ends for Oregon Thursday, May 14th , 2054 It wasn't meant to be for the Oregon Ducks this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Ducks closer Ron Wright. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." Before this season, the Ducks last missed the playoffs in 2052. In the 48 years they have been a College Baseball franchise, they have made the playoffs 11 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Ducks have made the playoffs 5 times. |
