Woods Guns Down Hoosiers Thursday, April 6th , 2051 The Indiana Hoosiers ran into a buzzsaw at Russ Chandler Stadium today as Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets starter Leslie Woods cut them down to size, 6-0, tossing a 7-hit shutout. "That's one thing that has never changed in this game -- pitching can control hitting," Yellow Jackets manager Boyd Pittman told reporters after the game. "Leslie knows exactly what he's doing.
