Pedro Barbosa Injured, Out for Year Wednesday, April 12th , 2051 The Hurricanes received bad news this morning. Pedro Barbosa will miss 4-5 months due to a torn meniscus. He sustained the injury in the Miami-North Carolina State game while throwing a pitch. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Barbosa sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." |
