Great Day for Ortega, Hits for Cycle

Today at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium, Washington Huskies shortstop Tony Ortega accomplished a true baseball rarity, knocking a single, double, triple and a home run to hit for the cycle and lead the Huskies to a 6-1 win over the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

In a standout performance, Ortega laced 4 hits in 5 at-bats and had 2 RBI.

"I felt good before the game, I felt good during it, and I feel great now," Ortega told reporters.

Tony Ortega tripled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Dana Gore in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th.
