Hoskins Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits Wednesday, January 14th , 2054 5 times is the charm -- at least for Chris Hoskins. The Scottsdale Scorpions center fielder tore up the Salt River Rafters to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Scorpions Ballpark. The offensive onslaught from Hoskins powered the 9-3 Scorpions win. "Hoskins was a tough out," Salt River manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."
