Saguaros RP Mitchell Out Thursday, January 27th , 2050 When Surprise reliever Chris Mitchell was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Saguaros-Antelopes game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Mitchell had sustained a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will be out for about 13-14 months. This season Mitchell has recorded no saves with a 1-3 record. He's made no relief appearances, tossed 33.1 innings while fanning 36 with a 3.24 ERA. |
