"He really did a job on us," said Shelby HS manager Artie Byrne. "He had good command of his pitches. He changed speeds well and confused us. We never could zero in on him, but he certainly zeroed in on us."

He finished the game with 20 strikeouts and 2 walks in a solid outing.
