Miller Packs a Wallop -- Hits 3 HR Against Raiders

Keith Miller went yard three times in a Colorado Springs HS 76ers victory over the Randall HS Raiders at Field of the 76ers.
"I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit."
For the day, the Colorado Springs HS second baseman went 3-for-3 against Randall HS with 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the 76ers to the 13-11 win.
"I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out."
Keith Miller hit a solo-shot off Spencer Parrish in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Spencer Parrish in the 4th, walked in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Dan Boggs in the 7th.
In 33 games this season, Miller has batted at a .289 pace with 37 hits and 9 home runs.
