Jack Wright walloped 5 hits in 6 at-bats for the Rocky Point HS Eagles in a career day at Roswell HS Grounds today, but it was the Loomis Chaffee Pelicans who won the ballgame, 4-2. "My swing was really, really there today," Wright said afterward. "I made some good, solid contact and when that happens, good things happen. And hey, 5-for-6 and losing is better than 0-for-6 and losing, right?" Jack Wright doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
