Playoffs Won't Happen for Mudcats Wednesday, May 7th , 2053 Coming close doesn't make missing the playoffs easier for the Bishop Verot HS Mudcats. Club manager Lúcio Estrada said it's a "tough pill to swallow" as the club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2048. In total, the Mudcats have missed the playoffs 29 times in their 41-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Mudcats have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
