No Late-Season Magic Coming: Jeffersonville HS Out of Playoffs Friday, May 13th, 2039 Jeffersonville HS Trojans third baseman John Grafton said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2039 postseason contention. The Trojans have missed the playoffs 21 times in their 26 years as a High School Stars League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2034. In the last 10 seasons, the Trojans have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
