Danila Clips Braves for Cycle Thursday, April 29th , 2055 Finishing with 5 hits is a great day for any player, but Alecu Danila made it even more special by hitting for the cycle at U.S. Cellular Field. Danila had 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 2 home runs for the St. Louis HS White Sox and led them to a win, 25-5, over the Santa Ana HS Braves. The second baseman also finished with 4 runs scored and 5 RBI. "Awesome," Danila said when asked how the accomplishment felt. Alecu Danila hit a solo-shot off Jack Emerson in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Vicente Navarro in the 4th, tripled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, was hit by a pitch in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th.
