Wizards Advance to Top 4 Round Sunday, May 21st , 2051 The Buchanan HS Wizards and North Las Vegas HS Marauders held nothing back in an entertaining Top 8 Round that went the distance. In the end, it will be Buchanan HS advancing to the Top 4 Round, after a 5-3 triumph in the final game at Lincolnville HS Fields, to wrap up the series 3-2. The Wizards players celebrated jubilantly in their clubhouse after the game, while the scene was one of dismay on the opposing side for the Marauders. Jason Edgar was named series MVP for Buchanan HS. For the series, Edgar hit .300 with a .391 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Buchanan HS Wizards will play against the Butler HS Tornado in the next round. Butler HS won their series against the Huntsville HS Wasps 3 games to 1.
