No Late-Season Magic Coming: Wichita HS Out of Playoffs Tuesday, May 4th , 2055 They put up a valiant effort, but the Wichita HS Parrots didn't have what it takes to make the High School Stars League playoffs in 2055. The club was officially eliminated from postseason qualification today. "Sucks," said Parrots closer Jim Riley. Wichita HS last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 21-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Parrots have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
