Jeffersonville HS Sweeps into the HS Title Round Monday, May 25th , 2054 After their 12-2 win today at Ballpark of Sterling HS over the Bishop Verot HS Mudcats, the Jeffersonville HS Trojans will advance to the HS Title Round. Jeffersonville HS won the series by a 3-0 margin. Leading the way for the Trojans was third baseman John Burton, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Jeffersonville HS Trojans don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Newport News HS Paints - Buchanan HS Wizards series. Newport News HS leads the series 2 games to 1.
