Markey Goes on Rampage Against Mudcats Monday, April 7th, 2036 The Bishop Verot HS Mudcats couldn't stop Bennie Markey today, but they stopped the Aurora HS Black Bears, 10-9. Markey went 5-for-5 in the game at Mudcats Ballpark, but his team still came out on the wrong end of the score. "I feel bad for Bennie -- that's not how any of us wanted things to turn out," said Aurora HS manager Juan Ocejo. "The Mudcats were on their game today." Bennie Markey singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and walked in the 10th.
