Matatdors Get Zip in 2-0 Loss to Price Monday, April 18th , 2050 It wasn't easy but Jody Price made it look that way. Price silenced the Joliet HS Matatdors, 2-0, in a Terra Linda HS Trojans triumph at Ballpark of Joliet HS today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Price said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." To date this season Price sports a 2-3 mark with a 4.32 ERA in 5 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .226 batting average and has 59 strikeouts in 41.2 innings.
