Hess on Fire, 5-for-7 Against Temiskaming District Secondary School Wednesday, April 23rd, 2036 Dave Hess of the Astros was unstoppable in today's 14-11 victory over the Temiskaming District Secondary School Saints at Ballpark of Bethlehem HS. He battered them for 5 hits in 7 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Rockford HS left fielder after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-7 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Dave Hess singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, flied out in the 7th, doubled in the 9th and struck out in the 9th.
