Minor Superb Against John Jay HS Tuesday, April 26th , 2050 Saint Paul HS Ragin Cajuns pitcher Steve Minor blanked the John Jay HS Patriots 11-0 at Ballpark of Saint Paul HS today, tossing a 11-hitter while issuing no walks and collecting 8 strikeouts. After his sharp shutout performance, he shared credit with the rest of the club. "I was just locked in out there and some of that is due to having a catcher who has such a great feel for hitters," Minor said. "I couldn't do what I did without all the guys out there today." To date this season Minor sports a 5-1 mark with a 3.09 ERA in 6 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .243 batting average and has 46 strikeouts in 46.2 innings.
