HSNL's Top Player, Dwyer of Spanish Fork HS Monday, May 9th , 2044 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the High School NL, but last week Bob Dwyer of the Spanish Fork HS Jaguars reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Dwyer rocked opposing pitching for a .435 average (10-for-23), 5 home runs and 12 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this season Dwyer has put up a .403 batting average with 29 hits, 13 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
