Season May Be Over for Spikes Gray Friday, May 1st , 2054 After injuring himself, Spikes reliever Jack Gray headed straight to the hospital. He was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, and the team's worst fears were confirmed when it turned out to be a little more serious. Gray will miss at least 5 months with shoulder inflammation. So far this season, Gray has compiled a 2-1 won-lost mark with 1 save and a 4.97 ERA. In 12.2 innings he has fanned 14 and opponents are hitting him at a .250 clip. |
