HSNL Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Wednesday, June 15th , 2050 He may only be 18, but Michael Raynor of the Billings West HS Golden Bears has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the High School NL. The reliever was today named the HSNL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2050. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 6 saves in 14 relief appearances and 45 strikeouts in 26.2 innings. He had a record of 1-2 to go with his 1.01 ERA. He received 56 first place votes out of a possible 60. Joe James of the Buchanan HS Wizards finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Cristóbal Flores of the Grand Rapids HS Summit finished third with 1 first place vote.
