Season-Ending Injury for Cody Brady Friday, April 7th , 2051 The doctors have spoken and Cody Brady of the Sunrise Manor HS Millers didn't like what he heard. The 17-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Brady sustained his season-ending injury during the Santa Fe HS Chiefs game yesterday at Field of the Bullies. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Sunrise Manor HS medical staff reported Brady had a torn rotator cuff and would be absent from the lineup for at least 10-11 months. |
