Hit Parade: Marrero Pops 5 Hits Monday, April 10th , 2051 José Marrero did more than his part as the Broken Arrow HS Threshers topped the John Jay HS Patriots today at Threshers Ballpark. The Threshers center fielder pounded out 5 hits to pace his team to a 23-2 thumping of the Patriots. José Marrero hit a two-run home run off John Swain in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Octávio Rea in the 3rd, hit a three-run double in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and doubled in the 8th.
