Johnson Guns Downs 17 Triplets Friday, April 2nd , 2055 Led by an outstanding performance from starter Freddy Johnson, the Raytown HS Blue Jays topped the Overland Park HS Triplets by a score of 11-5 at Triplets Ballpark. The 16-year-old Johnson brought his top game to the mound, striking out 17 batters while allowing 9 hits and giving up 1 walk. "He made a lot of good pitches out there," Triplets manager Tom Henry said. "He made some of our guys look bad.
