Aurora HS Loses Jerry Gordon, Will Miss Season Thursday, April 20th , 2051 The season is apparently over for Jerry Gordon. The Aurora HS Black Bears medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 10 months with a torn labrum. Gordon was hurt in the game against Broken Arrow HS while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. So far in 5 appearances this season, Gordon has recorded no wins and sustained 3 losses. He has pitched 30 innings, yielded 30 hits, fanned 21 and has a 3.90 ERA. |
